How Do I Schedule my session?
You can schedule and pay for your session HERE.
How do I pay?
You will be giving the opportunity to pay by credit card when you schedule your appointment. Please note: sessions cannot be made online without payment.
What if I have a very last minute request?
We accept online scheduling up to 12 hours in advance. If you need us sooner, email us at email@example.com with “URGENT - COACHING” in the subject.
How do I know if my appointment has been confirmed?
You will receive instant notification, followed by an email confirmation.
How do I get my sides to you?
When you schedule your session, you will be given the opportunity to upload your sides + picture/resume, as well as tell us anything else you want us to know before we meet.
Do I need a reader?
We highly recommend that you provide a reader on your end. This will allow us to give you our undivided attention during the session. If that is not possible, we will read with you during the session.
May I request a specific coach?
Absolutely! When you schedule your session you will be given the option to request either Randi Glass or Kristin Tanzer. We will always do our best to accommodate.
How do I connect into the coaching session?
Coaching sessions take place via the Zoom platform. Prior to your scheduled time, we will send you a Meeting ID link to join your coaching session. If you have never used Zoom before, you will need to download the Zoom Launcher. This is simple to do by following the prompts. Be sure to enable both the audio and camera on your computer. What if I have questions about my session that aren’t answered here?

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your session. This can be done directly from your confirmation email. For cancellations, please allow five business days for your bank to process the refund.
